Welcome to Smash Drop Arena. By accessing our website (https://smashdroparena.com) or using any of our services — including court bookings, memberships, coaching programs, and equipment rental — you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the Smash Drop Arena website and physical facility located at C-125, South City Road, Sector 41, Gurugram, Haryana – 122003.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
Smash Drop Arena offers the following services:
Availability of all services is subject to facility capacity and operating hours.
3.1 Court bookings can be made via email to smashdroparena@gmail.com or in person at the facility.
3.2 Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
3.3 Members and non-members may book courts subject to availability.
3.4 Players must arrive on time for their slot. Late arrivals will not receive extensions.
4.1 Membership fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
4.2 Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered individual.
4.3 Smash Drop Arena reserves the right to revoke membership for violation of facility rules.
5.1 Coaching programs are available for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
5.2 Coaching fees are payable in advance per session or per batch enrollment, as applicable.
5.3 Coaching sessions missed by the student without prior notice are non-refundable.
6.1 Equipment (rackets, shuttlecocks, etc.) is available for rental at the facility.
6.2 Users are responsible for any damage to rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
7.1 All payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments.
7.2 Smash Drop Arena does not store any payment card details.
7.3 All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
9.1 Smash Drop Arena is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your visit, except where caused by our negligence.
9.2 Players participate in all activities at their own risk. It is the player's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to play.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
